During Mr. Reiff’s tenure as an appraiser, he has provided numerous valuations of properties which comprise commercial/retail buildings, office complexes, restaurants, vacant land, multi-family developments, and residential/subdivision developments. These assignments required analytical, communication, report writing, and problem-solving skills which Mr. Reiff has continually enhanced since his inception into the profession. Prior to his appraisal career, Mr. Reiff worked numerous years as a residential sales professional within the Phoenix market. He has extensive experience in real estate issues ranging from client relations, contract law, negotiation skills, and market analysis. Many years of handling real estate transactions have given Mr. Reiff a solid foundation for a career in commercial appraising.

The Appraisal Institute courses completed by Mr. Reiff include: Income Approach (Part I and II), Real Estate Finance and Statistics Valuation Modeling, Market Analysis and Highest and Best Use, Commercial Appraisal Review, Expert Witness for Commercial Appraisers, Report Writing and Case Studies, Site Valuation and Cost Approach, Sales Comparison Approach, Business Practice and Ethics, Basic Appraisal Practice, Basic Appraisal Procedures, and the 15 hour National USPAP Course. In addition, Mr. Reiff has approximately 150 credit hours of education classes through the Champions School of Real Estate. Some of the courses include: Agency Law, Contract Law, Principles of Real Estate, Finance, as well as many others.
